 Material
 Bread Cakes - 3 cups
 Peas - 1 cup boiled
 Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 cup
 Asafoetida - 1/2 teaspoon
 Curry leaves - 5-6
 Red chilli whole - 2-3
 Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
 Salt-wise
 Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
 Coriander leaves - 3 teaspoon
 Oil - 1/2 cup
 Green chili - 2 chopped
 Coconut-grated (optional)
 Method:-
 Step 1
First of all, heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida, red chilli and curry leaves and fry it.
Step 2
After a while, add peas to it and cook for one to two minutes.
Step 3
Add peanuts to it after two minutes and turn brown. Cook well.
 Step 4
 Now add salt, turmeric and a piece of bread and cook for a while.
Step 5
After a while, add light water, green chillies, lemon juice and coriander leaves and stir it well.
Step 6
Turn off the gas after three to four minutes and Take out the poha in a plate.
Step 7
Now garnish with grated coconut and serve.
