The Fortnite 14.20 episode is now live on all platforms and adds in-game events, new challenges, new Team Rumble modes, and new Marvel Nexus War content. After taking on Doctor Doom and Iron Man earlier, players can now face the angry Wolverine found in the Weeping Woods.
Wolverine is a dangerous opponent, but players who are able to bring him down will get his nails done with special skills. Players may have already tested his strength in the Marvel Knockout limited time mode, but if not, Wolverine has some amazing moves that cut anything. Wolverine's claw allows players to rush forward to cover a long distance while doing damage, and his spin attack will damage anything nearby.
The episode also leaked a new in-game Wolverine skin. His Logan leather variations include a Wolverine without a suit, only his white tank signature on top and dog tags. Skin is similar to Wolverine in the X-Men movies, starring Hugh Jackman over the past 20 years. Logan skin is not yet available, but will likely be included as a reward for the challenge. Logan leather is Wolverine’s third leather, the others being his old blue and yellow X-Men suit, as well as his distinctive brown and yellow suit.
Along with new Marvel content, the Fortnite patch will also add limited time options. Snipers: Low Gravity, Gold Solid, Siphon, and Unvaulted all returned to Fortnite's playlist. A brand new LTM called "Takeover" will also be available, where players defend the outer spaces with Marvel's massive force with Marvel's power descending from the sky. Players are also likely to enter these games with the upgraded Battle Bus, as the sound of a new launch is heard.
Fortnite celebrates his third birthday with new challenges and rewards with themes. The Llama-Rama event celebrates the Rocket League with free play and challenges that reward players for both Rocket and Fortnite. Players can get the Battle Bus as a Rockey League car and also get a Fortnite backpack.
The update has new skins and resources available in the store. Along with the birthdays of Rocket Rock and Fortnite, there are also three legendary skins of heroes with similar accessories appearing. Players can download the update and log in to complete the challenges and finally take on Wolverine.
Fortnite is now available for PC, PS4, switchch, Xbox One, and mobile devices, with PS5 and Xbox Series X support systems when displaying each console.
