Corn - 1 cup (finely ground)
Moong Dal - 1 cup (soaked in water)
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
Tomatoes - 1 (finely chopped)
Red chili powder - half a teaspoon
Oil - As per need
Salt - as per taste

Take out the moong dal with water and grind it finely in a mixer jar with cumin, green chilies, and salt. Take it out in a mixing bowl and whisk it well by adding corn paste, onion, tomato, coriander, red chili powder, asafoetida, and salt. Now heat a non-stick stove and apply some oil on it with a brush.
Then take the mixer in a large tablespoon and spread it on the pan, rolling it from inside to outside. Put a little oil on the sides of the Cheela and cook it on low flame for one minute and then flip it to the other side and cook for two minutes. Remove it to a serving plate and serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
