Gobi Fried Rice is a flavorful, mildly spicy, and an Indo Chinese based rice dish. This recipe is prepared by adding fried gobi to the Chinese-style fried rice which is also enhanced with strong Indian flavors like garam masala and chili powder.

Process-
1. Clean and chop cauliflower into small florets. Boil these florets in hot water for 2-3 min along with salt. In a bowl add 4 tbsp rice flour,2 tbsp cornflour, salt,1 tsp chili powder, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp maida. Add water and make a thick batter. Add cauliflower florets and mix well. Heat oil in a pan for deep fry. Drop the cauliflower florets and fry till they turn a golden color.
3. Add in fried gobi florets and mix gently. Further, add steamed rice and salt as per taste. Cook on high flame for 5-8 mins.
