In today's busy life no one has much time to go to gym and do workout.But to stay fit and to live a healthy life workout or yoga is very essential.
So in this article I am going to tell you how you can grow muscles at home.You do not need to go to gym.I will tell you about some home workouts that you can do in your home and can build muscles at home .
1) Push ups: push up is a very effective workout for your upper body specially for chest and triceps.Doing push ups regularly can grow your chest and upper body.Start with 10 to 12 reps and gradually increase it with time.
2)Crunches: crunches are very effective for your core and abdominals.Crunches makes your core strong and grow your abdominals.Start with 10 to 15 reps and gradually increase with time.
3)Squats: squat is a very effective workout for legs and quadriceps it help to grow your lower body.Doing squats regularly will strengthen your legs and lower body.Start with 12 to 20 reps at begining and gradually increase it.
4)Pull ups: pull ups is a very effective home workout for for your back and biceps.Start with as much reps as you can and gradually increase your limit.
These are few home workouts that you can perform at home.These workouts are for beginners and if you want to go to the advanced level then you have to go to gym .But for beginners these workouts can be really usefull.Another thing you need to keep in mind is that along with workout you have to maintain a high protein diet in order to grow muscles ,only workout is not sufficient to grow muscles.Your diet should be a balanced one containing containing all kind of nutrients such as protein,carbohydrates and fats.Proper workout along with proper diet will fetch you good results ,lacking anyone of it will not give you proper results.
