Paneer podimas
Ingredients: butter - a cup (chopped), oil - a tablespoon, cumin - half a teaspoon, onion - two (chopped), green chillies - one (chopped), tomatoes - one (powdered), turmeric powder. - A quarter teaspoon, chilli powder - a teaspoon, salt - as needed, garam masala - a quarter teaspoon, coriander - a little
Recipe: After pouring oil in the pan, add cumin, onion, green chillies and tomatoes one by one and fry well. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, required amount of salt and stir well, add water, stir in garam masala and serve with coriander.
Paneer Bread Roast
Ingredients: butter - half a cup (roasted), cumin powder - a quarter teaspoon, chili powder - half a teaspoon, green chillies - one (finely chopped), salt - as needed, coriander - a little (finely chopped), bread crumbs - four (margin) Chop the brown color), oil - a teaspoon, ghee - the required amount
Recipe: Pour a teaspoon of oil in the pan and after it dries add the water powder and fry for two minutes, then add the cumin powder, chilli powder, green chillies, salt, stir and after four minutes sprinkle with coriander. Gather the bread crumbs with the bread crumbs. Then, spread a little bit of panneer mixture on top of a piece of bread and put another piece of bread on top of it.
Fish Fingers
Ingredients: Wanjaram (a) bat fish - half a kilo, lemon fruit - two (take the juice), bread - 10 g, egg - three, white pepper - a teaspoon, salt - as needed, oil - as needed.
Recipe: Clean the fish and remove the bone and skin. Cut to finger length, width. Mix pepper powder, salt and lemon juice, turn the fish over and soak for ten minutes. Pour the required amount of oil into a pan. Once the oil is dry, dip the fish in the beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs and put in the oil. When the fish is cooked, turn it over and fry.
