Now take out the flour in a bowl, add ghee to the flour and knead a stiff dough with the help of lukewarm water and keep the dough covered for half an hour to set.

After a while, the lentils are cooked and ready, take out the lentils in a bowl and after they cool down, grind it with a mixer and add a table spoon of ghee and lentils in a fry pan and stir fry the dal till it becomes light brown. Turn off the gas when the dal turns light brown and keep it to cool down a bit.

Now cut the almonds and cashews into small pieces, when the lentils cool down, add chopped cashews almonds, sugar powder, raisins and small cardamom powder and mix them very well. Now your stuffing is absolutely ready.

Now mash the kneaded dough once again to make it smooth and the dough is ready to make samosas. Break small dough from the dough and prepare it into a peda shape. Now lift a dough and with the help of a rolling pin, roll the puri almost like 3 inches in size and cut the poori into 2 parts.

Now fold one part like samosas and stick the twist by applying water which has been formed. Fill 1 teaspoon of stuffing in it and make a fold on the back edge, now apply water on both sides and stick it well.

Put the prepared samosas in the plate and prepare all the other samosas in the same way and keep them in the plate. Cover these samosas and keep them for half an hour.

Now your samosas are ready to fry, put ghee or oil in the pan and heat it, put 4 to 5 samosas or as many samosas in your kadhai in the pan and fry them till they turn golden brown and turn on medium plate But by laying tissue paper, put the samosas on it and fry all the samosas in this way and prepare it.

Sweet samosas of gram lentils are ready, after these samosas cool down, fill them in air tight container and remove and eat them from the samosas container for 10 to 12 days whenever you feel like it.
