You must have eaten spring rolls from the market many times. But whenever it comes time to make them at home, then there is a problem with sheets of spring rolls. Because these sheets are not possible to be found everywhere in the market. But today we will tell you the method of making spring rolls with such an easy method. That you can make it pinch.

Ingredients

1 cup semolina

2 tbsp oil as per

taste for salt

stuffing -

1 carrot

4-5 beans

1 capsicum

1 small leaf cabbage

1 onion

1 tbsp chilli, ginger

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp chilli sauce

1 tbsp venigar

1 tsp tomato sauce

oil according to need

2 tbsp flour

Method:

Put semolina in a mixer jar and make powder! Now add oil, salt into it and knead the dough. Cover and keep it for 20 minutes.

Now chop all the vegetables finely, add oil in a pan, add green chili ginger and roast it, now add onions, finely chopped vegetables and roast them on high flame, add all the sauces, veneers and salt and fry for 2 minutes and turn off the gas !

Now divide the dough into 6 portions! Now make a batter by mixing all purpose flour, salt in a bowl! Now take a dough and roll it, apply oil on it, sprinkle all purpose flour, roll another bread and keep it on top.

Now heat a griddle and bake the roti from both the sides, this is how we will make savory roti!

Now, we will separate the roti, put the stuffing on one roti, apply the flour mixture, fold it by folding both of them! Likewise all the rolls will be made!

Now deep fry all the rolls by heating the oil in the pan.
