Using appropriate food in proper schedule is a healthy way to maintain a fit body. We feel crazy to eat varieties of food available in our area. There are many foodie people who love to eat different kind of dishes. They spend both money and time to find out a good food corner. Can we think to use food for unusual purpose rather eating? 1.     For soothing Burn: Sometimes our tongue gets burnt due to hot drink taken. For example by mistake you tasted a hot curry. Your tongue will get burnt suddenly. To relieve a tongue burned by hot coffee, tea or soup, take a little sugar and sprinkle a pinch of sugar over the affected area. The pain will begin to cease immediately.

2.     Cleaning Nails: Due to utensil cleaning everyday our nails get dirty and dull. In that case we go to parlour for manicure and spend reasonable money for it. But without going parlour, using a right food can solve the issue very well. Take a piece of lemon with warm water and soak your fingertips for 4 to 5 minutes. After that soft cuticles can be cleaned by rubbing the rest lemon to remove extra dirt from nails.

3.     Solve Gastric Issue: Sometimes due to overeating, we fill gas or heartburn in our stomach. This is very painful for anybody to go to office with stomach issues. Take a few peppermint leaves or gum to chew for some time. The peppermint acts as a anti gastric agent and digestive aid. Due chewing for sometimes it neutralises the acid and controls the extra acid coming from stomach.

4.     Remove Makeup: Nowadays the price of a good makeup remover is very high than a makeup cream. Also we need to use it before expiry date. Using some milk powder this problem can be solved easily. Mix well milk powder with warm water in a bowl and a make smooth paste. After that take a cotton or face cloth to apply this creamy mixture on face. Like a remover use it in whole face and clean with normal water. It will remove all your makeup in just few minutes.

5.     Remove Pain Due Sunburn:During extreme hot weather, we feel mild burning on skin due to sunburn. For a quick relief to this sunburn pain, plain yogurt is one of the best remedies. Apply cold yogurt to the affected area with light massage and then rinse with normal or cool water.  You can feel relaxed instantly.
