Do you snore? Remedies to control snoring

Are you the person who snore during sleep ? Check how often do you snore if its occasionally then not something to worry follow a few simple tips to over come but if its regular/daily it is to be noted and consult the doctor.

Image credit:google.Snoring is a vibratory sound / noise that made from the mouth or nose.There are different reasons for snoring some may have chronic problems (breathing problems), Obesity (Increasing fat content in the body), Consumption of Alcohol, sedatives ( Drug that causes mildness / sleeping effect) ,Having a narrow airways (some people have thick soft palate ) which causes obstacle to move air leads to snoring,Heredity is also a one of the reason for snoring.

Due to increase in fat content in the body leads to greater risk of heart strokes, high blood pressure.Not having a proper sleep is also a reason for snoring.
Remedies :
- Step on to olive oil rather than saturated fat like butter.
- Avoid simple sugars like alcoholic drinks, sweets, aerated drinks so that nasal passages can moisten the air before it goes in to lungs.
- Chamomile tea with honey and lemon, Green tea and white tea are associated with the reduction of congestion.
