Try this new recipe, jackfruit cake

Jackfruit is a seasonal fruit. Jackfruit is very good for health. It is nutritious and it has antioxidants. It helps in improving blood sugar. It also has skin benefits like it reduces wrinkles and helps in skin glow.

Ingredients
  • Ripe jackfruit 300grams, remove its seeds
  • Jaggery
  • Rice / rice flour 3 cups
  • Salt for taste
  • Cumin seeds
  • Crushed black pepper

  1. Take 300 grams of ripe jackfruit, remove its seeds
  2. Then in a mixer grinder add rice soaked for 2 hours, jackfruit, salt, and crushed jaggery
  3. Grind well
  4. Then take out the mixture add 1 tbl spoon of cumin seeds and crushed black pepper
  5. Then take one banana leave, place this mixture fold it and place inside the steamer
  6. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes
