nutritionist and macrobiotic health coach Shilpa Arora has shared this tea recipe. To make it, ginger, basil along with some spices like black pepper, fennel or fennel seeds, cumin and cinnamon powder will be needed. If desired, grind these spices and keep the mixture. Keep the ratio of this mixture such that one teaspoon of teaspoon, one-fourth teaspoon of fennel seeds, take cumin seeds, cinnamon powder and 2-3 pepper.
Put this mixture of ginger-basil and spices in a pan and boil in 2 cups of water. After boiling for 10 minutes your immunity booster tea is ready.
